What we believe.
Deep Bible Stories is a non-denominational Christian Bible teaching ministry.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, trustworthy Word of God and the final authority for faith and life.
We believe in one God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He lived without sin, died for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, and offers salvation by grace through faith.
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within believers, teaches us, convicts us, comforts us, and empowers us to live faithfully.
We believe Christians need the local church. We are not a replacement for your church, pastor, or fellowship.
We want our resources to send you back to your church and your own Bible with greater understanding and discernment.
And here is what we are not.
- We are not a political movement.
- We are not a prosperity ministry.
- We are not here to frighten people into faith.
- We are not building a denomination around ourselves.
We are here to explain the Bible and point people toward Jesus Christ.
It began with one simple burden.
Deep Bible Stories did not begin because the world needed another Christian brand. It began because we kept seeing the same quiet struggle.
People loved God. They respected the Bible. Many had followed Christ for decades. Yet they still carried unanswered questions.
What was happening when this book was written?
What did these words mean to the first people who heard them?
What does any of this require from us today?
They were reading the words without seeing the world behind them. They needed someone to sit beside them and explain what they were reading.
There is a moment in Acts 8 that gave this burden its language. A man rode home with the scroll of Isaiah open before him — sincere, wanting to understand. When Philip asked if he understood, he answered honestly:
“How can I, unless someone guides me?”
Acts 8:31Philip climbed into the chariot, sat beside him, and explained it. Deep Bible Stories climbs into the chariot.
That is how the ministry began — one explanation at a time. No large audience. No famous face. Only a conviction that the Bible could be explained deeply without being made difficult.
What began quietly in 2014 has now reached millions. But our purpose has never changed: open the Word, give the sense, and help people understand.
